My name is Karen Henson. I was born and raised in New Jersey in the Newark area. I have lived in Mt. Airy since 1975. My husband Gary and I have raised 2 daughters, Jillian and Morgan. I have 1 grandson and 3 granddaughters and 3 grand dogs. I got my AA degree in nursing from Frederick Community College and started working in Pediatrics and Neonatal ICU. I have worked in various nursing fields since 1973. I enjoy the beach, gardening and sewing Halloween costumes for my grandchildren and doll clothes and spending time with my family.
